Overview

As a Product Manager for Molecular Imaging you will lead the strategic and tactical marketing efforts for advanced imaging modalities including SPECT systems. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption market share growth and customer satisfaction across healthcare providers imaging centers and academic institutions. You will align clinical insights market trends and technological advancements to shape product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy within a structured commercial framework collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including R&D sales clinical applications and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SPECT / CT systems including segmentation targeting and positioning based on clinical and economic value.
  • Customer Engagement: Partner with key opinion leaders (KOLs) radiologists nuclear medicine physicians and technologists to gather insights and validate product direction.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Drive product roadmap planning launch readiness and post-launch performance tracking. Ensure alignment with clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and identify differentiators to strengthen product value propositions.
  • Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales tools training materials and marketing collateral to support field teams in communicating product benefits effectively.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering clinical and regulatory teams to translate market needs into product features and enhancements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use market analytics customer feedback and usage data to inform strategic decisions and optimize commercial performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Biomedical Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in product management or marketing within the medical imaging or healthcare technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of molecular imaging technologies clinical workflows and healthcare purchasing dynamics.
