Your team :

The OX Cloud team is dedicated to making millions of users happy by providing our open-source products. We collaborate across engineering teams to automate deployment, improve reliability, and enhance scalability, focusing on availability, security, and observability. This is a highly communicative team.

Technologies include Linux, Kubernetes, CNCF ecosystem components (Prometheus, Grafana), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef), various databases (key-value stores, MariaDB/MySQL with Galera), S3 for object storage, GitLab CI/CD, PagerDuty, and scripting languages Python and Shell.

We are on a journey towards a more holistic DevOps approach and transforming our engineering organization.

As our new team member, you would :

• Automate infrastructure provisioning with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, in collaboration with other teams.
• Manage our production environments.
• Operate containerized applications on Kubernetes and assist with Helm-based deployments.
• Optimize storage and database infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotations to handle incidents and improve system reliability.
• Work closely with developers and other teams to ensure smooth integration, delivery, and operations across all product stages.

You need to have :

• Intrinsic motivation to take ownership and a passion for open-source technologies, thriving in a flat hierarchy.
• Solid experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
• Practical experience operating Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
• Contributions to CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems on Linux.
• Familiarity with databases and storage solutions.
• Strong communication skills suitable for a remote-first environment.
