Overview

Your Role: As the Italian Marketing and Communication Specialist you will be part of an international Marketing Team and you will be responsible for Italy to prepare and execute, in coordination with the Marketing and Communication Manager, the yearly marketing and communication plan, which includes both online and offline activities to locally promote both the brand and the products to generate awareness and leads. You will also be responsible for local events organization and promotion, as well as internal communication. You will need to work closely with the local sales team and with the Marketing and Communication Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the yearly marketing and communication plan for Italy, in coordination with the Marketing and Communication Manager.
• Coordinate online and offline activities to promote the brand and products, generate awareness and leads.
• Organize and promote local events and support internal communication.
• Collaborate closely with the local sales team and with the Marketing and Communication Manager.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of how a CRM works; knowledge of SAP C4C is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Customer Experience concepts.
• Social media knowledge and handling platforms; Sprout preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and Power BI.
• Experience with Google Ads and Google My Business to increase visibility of digital materials.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in an international environment.
