As a Manufacturing Technology Lead you will have the responsibility to manage and improve production in pharmaceuticals by engaging with Clients, interpreting requirements and leading product phases.

ASSIGNMENTS, SPECIFIC/PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

  • Consolidate and understand customer requirements regarding pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all specifications and requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Identify, analyse, and resolve problems that may arise during the production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective and timely solutions.
  • Implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain close collaboration with quality, regulatory, and production teams to ensure project success.
  • Supervise and analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement vital corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing activities align with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with both processes and machines/equipments for Pharmaceutical Production and in at least one of the following functions: Manufacturing, Tech Transfer, Engineering, Quality.
  • Knowledge of sterilization and bio-decontamination processes (by either steam, dry heat, vapour of hydrogen peroxide, filtration etc).
  • Handling of compounding process steps, including CIP/SIP of vessels and (filling)machine parts.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and quality practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Italian as native language and proficiency in English (B2).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet quality control standards and project deadline.
