Overview

Ports1961 is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics and Operations Team in Milan. This role is crucial in overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing shipments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee B2B shipments, ensuring accurate documentation (invoices, customs bills, credit notes, and import declarations).
  • Manage day-to-day operations with external 3PL providers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Finance, Production and other internal teams to support logistics needs.
  • Handle purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Contribute to logistics optimization projects, identifying areas for improvement in transportation and supply chain processes.
  • Coordinate the shipment and return of goods for offices, pop-ups, events, and photo shoots.
  • Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues to maintain seamless operations.
