We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team.

Base Location : Milano, Italia.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for counseling the business operations in Germany and the UK, providing proactive, professional, competent, cost-effective, and creative legal support.
• Bring negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to collaborate with multiple teams of HONOR Western Europe region in a rapidly scaling business.
• Collaborate with HONOR Western Europe regional and local (Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, France, etc.) business leaders as well as supporting areas (Finance, Admin & HR), advising on legal risks, business strategies, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Work independently as well as part of various teams and take on projects beyond daily responsibilities.

Qualifications :

• LL.B. or LL.M. degree (having the Bar would be a significant asset).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a multinational company or law firm (experience can be relaxed appropriately). Familiarity with handling company legal affairs and procedures.
• Results and customer-oriented with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Practical business judgment and the ability to assess actual practical risks. Willingness to travel occasionally to consult with internal or external clients.
• Team player with the ability to work under stress.
• Persistent, never-give-up mentality.
