A leading global customer experience company is seeking motivated Italian speakers for customer support and content moderation roles in Portugal. You will assist users and ensure content compliance within a diverse team. Candidates must have Italian (C1) and English (B2) proficiency and be available for flexible shifts. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

URGENT HIRING WELCOME BONUS: 2,000 euros (for Italian market, available until July 31)

Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (on-site or remote based in Portugal)

Language Requirements: Italian (C1+) + English (B2+)

Contract Type: Full-time, Shifts (including weekends if required)

Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates

What Youll Do
Customer Support
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels
Content Moderation
  • Review and evaluate user-generated content
  • Enforce compliance with platform policies
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
  • Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety
What Were Looking For
  • Italian fluency (C1 or higher)
  • English proficiency (minimum B2)
  • EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Porto
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
