Responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement security policies to protect company data and systems.
• Supervise the proper functioning of company hardware.
• Manage the network across all retail locations ensuring operational continuity and adequate performance.
• Improve and digitalize company processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage suppliers and partners for installations, maintenance and extraordinary interventions.
• Oversee the technological renewal cycle of hardware and inventory all devices.
• Lead and develop the IT team, set priorities and evaluate performance.

Candidate Profile

• Consolidated experience in senior IT roles with team and budget management.
• Preferable degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of the Mistral (AS400) management system or similar.
• Solid knowledge of network architectures, operating systems and cloud services.
• Precision and excellent organizational skills.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and project management capabilities.
