AI BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in artificial intelligence to join our dynamic and innovative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the logistics sector and a deep understanding of AI technologies. This key role will be instrumental in leading a strategic project aimed at integrating AI solutions across various areas of our logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI‑driven solutions.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for AI implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of AI projects.
• Gather and document business requirements, creating detailed functional specifications for AI solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
