A leading motorcycle manufacturer based in Italy is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage internal resources and promote employee development. Responsibilities include direct collaboration with external offices and implementation of incentive plans. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, strong English skills, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources, with a keen interest in motorsports or motorcycles.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources sector.
• Experience with MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plans is preferred.
• Interest and/or experience in the motorsport or motorcycles.

Mansioni

• Manage internal human resources department.
• Collaborate directly with external offices such as Payroll and Safety Consultant.
• Promote training courses and employee development plans.

Structuring and Developing the Company in the Human Resources Area. The company aims to create an adequate management of internal resources, investing in collective and individual well-being and promoting the professional growth of employees.

Management of internal human resources department.

• Direct collaboration with external offices such as Payroll Office, Safety Consultant, and Training Entities.
• Direct contact with HR’s office of CFMOTO HQ.

Recruitment and talent scouting

• Implementation of MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plan for employees.
• Promotion of training courses and employees development plan.
• Bachelor's degree. HR qualification is a plus.
• Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources sector.
• Interest and / or experience in the motorsport or motorcycles.
