Overview

CHG – Caracciolo Hospitality Group S.R.L. is a hospitality management company with a portfolio of hotels and apartments throughout the Campania Region. We seek a Hotel Front Office Manager for De Bonart Naples, A Curio Collection by Hilton, to join the equipe.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a supervisory role within the hotel industry, open availability, great work ethic and a strong passion for team-building. Preferably looking for someone with Hilton background, ONQ experience, front desk experience, cash handling / audit experience and training experience. The profile must include a deep knowledge of the Italian tax system and invoicing. Moreover, they should know how to process departmental SOPs (in addition to the predefined chain ones). Ideally, previous experience in a hotel-opening context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• As Front Office Manager, direct and administer Front Office operations in the hotel’s ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
• Manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in / check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, system use and management, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation.
• Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward.
• Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with Company standards.
• Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; resolve guest concerns.
• Initiate and implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy and overall revenue.
• Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.
• Complete audit procedures, as needed.
• Recruit, interview and train team members.
• Demonstrate high leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within the hotel industry with open availability; strong work ethic and team-building passion. Hilton background, ONQ experience, front desk experience, cash handling / audit experience and training experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Italian tax system and invoicing; ability to process departmental SOPs (in addition to predefined chain SOPs).
• Experience in hotel-opening contexts is desirable.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent guest service mindset.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate a diverse Front Office team.
