A leading green tech company is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Milan. The role involves taking ownership of customer issues, performing installations, and providing solutions. Candidates should have an education as an Electrical Technician or Engineer, as well as strong skills in Italian and English. This position requires extensive travel (60% of the time) and offers performance-based bonuses and opportunities for training abroad.

Competenze

• Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer, with knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits, etc.
• Italian & English skills at least B2 level.
• Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• A valid driving license.
• H&S training for electrical construction site access.
• Willingness to work on call and travel 60% of the time.

Mansioni

• Taking ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Supporting resources dispatched onsite during commissioning and site services.
• Delivering support and service solutions for our customers.
• Performing all onsite installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, testing, upgrades, or rework activities.
• Following operational procedures, processes, and practices as defined and documented.
• Adhering to health and safety instructions and regulations.
