A luxury fashion company in Milan is seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to oversee SAP solutions across global operations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, with a strong background in SAP modules and team coordination. This role involves managing a multi-brand, international environment, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with business goals.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Delivery Lead to join our Technology team and oversee the delivery of SAP solutions across our global transformation program within the Retail and Fashion industry.
The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of SAP migration project in a post-merger context, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals across Finance, Master Data, Sales & Distribution, and Indirect Procurement modules.
The candidate will work in a multi-brand and international post-merger environment, where the SAP Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in our global integration strategy.
Master’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or equivalent. 8+ years of experience delivering SAP programs or rollouts, preferably in global Retail or Fashion environments. Proven experience in key SAP modules including: FI (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting); CO (Cost Centers, Orders, Profitability Analysis); SD; MM; BP (Business Partner). Strong background in S/4HANA implementations, including integrations with legacy and third-party systems. Deep understanding of SAP delivery lifecycle, including blueprint, build, test, deployment, and hypercare. Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor-delivered projects. Hands-on capability in issue resolution and understanding of technical and functional interdependencies. Solid understanding of retail and fashion business processes, including pricing, logistics, master data governance, finance operations, and store workflows. Experience supporting multi-country rollouts and localization requirements. Strong communication and coordination skills in global and matrixed environments. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
