Overview

As a key architect of this major manufacturer brand voice in Europe, the Content Specialist is responsible for the planning, creation, localisation, and strategic distribution of engaging, high-impact marketing content. This role steers the brand narrative across channels to reinforce their market leadership, support dealer success, and align regional messaging with global objectives.

You will be office based for this role.

Faenza, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional content strategy in alignment with global brand guidelines.
• Create compelling written and visual content (e.g., brochures, case studies, videos, customer stories) tailored for European markets and dealer needs.
• Ensure consistency in the company tone-of-voice and visual identity across all collateral.
• Coordinate with media agencies to manage press releases, journalist relations, and earned media coverage.
• Strong skills on software packages such as Canva, Adobe, Google Trends etc.
• Collaborate with dealers to capture and disseminate success stories and best practices.
• Monitor content performance metrics and recommend optimisation strategies.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in content creation, storytelling, and brand management.
• Strong visual literacy and experience in coordinating multimedia campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in managing media relations and press communications.
• Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
