For our offices in Milan and Rome we are looking for a consultant with 2 / 3 years of experience.

Requirements

People will immediately join our team, working on international consulting projects.

Essential skills are :

• Digital business plans making from the scratch
• Knowledge of complex excel models
• Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX for business digital projects
• Corporate reorganization, investment, acquisitions
• Knowledge of processes and business process reengineering
• Ability to lead the redefinition of organizational aspects from process design to governance

Responsibilities

• Interface with the customer with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Procurement structures, etc.
• Business Case review of corporate initiatives
• Collection and consolidation of investments (capex) for budget consolidation in the relevant department
• Support and preparation of project dashboards / reports
• Support for investment approval, strategic decisions, new product insertion
• Drafting of management reports for the company's top management
• Analysis and deliverables statement for corporate top management on corporate reorganization projects, strategic relaunch of brands, products, etc
• Cost and investment planning
• C-Level operational and executive reporting

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or economics
• Previous experience of 2 / 3 years
