My client, is a global airfreight carrier with its headquarters in Milan Malpensa, Italy. Their fleet consists of fuel-efficient and modern B777F.

They are looking for a:

Role: Commercial Manager
Location: Malpensa (VA)
Contract: permanent position

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Identify and understand the needs of key accounts and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements;
  • Monitor and analyze key account performance, providing regular reports and insights to management;
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts, establish and manage growing network of GSAs to achieve business objectives;
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and key account management in the Air cargo industry, Freight Forwarding a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Proximity to Malpensa airport is highly desirable
