Generali Global Corporate & Commercial is the Generali Group unit that develops P&C business and insurance services for medium and large companies. The unit acts on a global scale and deploys an integrated approach at Group level with a central management team and specialized teams active in individual countries. Through GC&C, Generali aims to become a key world player in the corporate-commercial segment.

We are looking for a Client & Broker Relationship specialist in our Client & Broker Relationship Management team.

The Client & Broker Relationship specialist will provide strategic support to a wide spectrum of stakeholders, playing an active role by managing and running high priority projects related to different tools (CRM Dynamics and Power BI) and platforms (Medallia).

He / She will play a key role in the implementation of Global Corporate & Commercial 22-24 Strategic Plan with main focus on GC&C Distribution area Strategy (Broker’s Diversification, Global Construction & Green Energy, Digital Sales Platform Evolution).

Key Activities
  • Data and Portfolio Analysis
  • Monitoring of GC&C portfolio’s development and performance; periodical assessment of KPls to track GC&C business profitable growth
  • Productions of collaterals for meetings with clients and brokers (presentations, briefing sheets, dashboards, etc.)
  • Business Intelligence capabilities
  • Provide GC&C countries / BUs with Business Intelligence capabilities (PBI Dashboards) to support the execution of their local sales strategy. Bug fixes resolutions in the C&BRM Dashboards and continuous Data quality improvement
  • Develop “Metrics”, a new Power BI module to digitalize the static and offline strategy definition process, into a more dynamic and measurable target setting activity
  • PMO CRM Dynamics and Power BI
  • PMO in the development of new Power BI or CRM functionalities to help local sales teams targeting clients in line with GC&C risk appetite and other sales activities. Act as main point of contact for the C&BRM colleagues in the countries in case of any questions or problem related to Power BI and CRM
  • Budget Controller of GC&C Client & Broker Relationship Management department main projects (business case preparation, execution and monitoring). Continuous alignment with service providers to make sure business requirements are correctly understood and implemented
  • NPS Global Coordinator
  • Coordination of GC&C NPS Global Community in 9 markets to ensure targets' achievement
  • Engage with service provider (Medallia) to ensure maintenance and development of NPS platform
  • 7 steps NPS Process coordination and monitoring
  • Analysis and reporting to C-levels of Net Promoter Score (NPS) marketing program quarterly results
  • C&BRM Conference Organization
  • Continuous interaction with travel agency to book hotel rooms, restaurants and activities; site inspection; agenda and attendees' definition and management; overall logistics
Requirements
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Fluent spoken and written English, good knowledge of local languages is a plus
Skills
  • Marketing basics knowledge, experience in NPS Program is a plus
  • IT literacy (Microsoft package, CRM Dynamics, Power BI, Business Object)
  • Must coordinate his / her activities with other Generali GC&C departments (UW, Operations, C&BRM, Claims) and lead the NPS community
  • Stakeholder management
  • Team-player and excellent relationship skills
  • Good communicator and attention to details
  • Chosen professional must be proactive and able to operate in autonomy
