Overview

For our important stores in Rome, we are now recruiting Client Advisors. This is a unique opportunity to join Diesel at a time of strong growth and transformation, becoming part of a team that sets new standards in client experience and style.

Responsibilities
  • Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs and expectations.
  • Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Master storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions.
  • Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making the experience feel truly about them.
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual displays to a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
  • Think innovatively about improvements, stay up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience to achieve the best sales performance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail is a plus; passion for retail, client service and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
  • Strong communication skills; willingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
  • Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.
