Is looking to support this growth and to strengthen its executive leadership, and t is seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to play a central role in the strategic and operational management of the business, with a clear succession pathway in place.

Responsibilities

• Leading Instalmec’s business activities in drying technology (“Trocknungstechnik”) and gluing (“Beleimung”), with full accountability for performance and growth.
• Defining and executing a robust strategic business plan to expand market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Providing oversight of operations, R&D, production, and business development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Taking full responsibility for P&L management, financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensuring the long-term profitability, sustainability, and financial health of the business.
• Building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with key customers, particularly in core and strategic markets.
• Acting as a senior representative of the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Working closely with the Board and shareholders on leadership development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Proven executive‑level experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong P&L management experience and ability to manage a mid‑sized company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact at all levels of business.
