A leading digital marketing company is seeking a motivated B2B Digital Sales Specialist fluent in Italian and English to join their hybrid sales team in Florence, Italy. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting cold calls, and nurturing client relationships in the tech and digital advertising sectors. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of cold calling experience, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of business development. Location: Sofia (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Monday/Friday, 09:00/18:00
Salary: 3600 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus
Conduct B2B outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
Build long-term relationships with prospects
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Minimum 2 years of Cold Calling Sales Experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong understanding of business development and lead generation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
