An international engineering contractor based in Italy seeks an AWP Construction Engineer to implement AWP methodology in construction projects. The candidate must have a Mechanical or Civil degree, good English skills, and knowledge of EPC activities. Responsibilities include developing project plans and collaborating with project teams. Experience in EPC projects and temporary international relocation are required. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse international projects.

Role description

AWP Construction Engineer collaborates and assists AWP Champion or AWP Group Leader to implement Construction AWP Methodology and deliverables and to support Project and Site team during all phase.

The position is meant to be assigned to international projects and abroad sites. It is an essential

requisite the availability to spend construction projects period abroad.

The Construction AWP Group is looking for a person able to manage:

• Develop and apply AWP Methodology for entire project assigned;
• Assist and collaborate with the Construction AWP group in the implementation of
• new techniques for applying the AWP methodology;

Within the AWP Group two professional positions are available: Awp Consctruction Engineer and Workface Construction Engineer.

Main Responsibilities

You will:

• Participate during the definition of the Project AWP plan, together with the AWP Champion and
• participate to the related implementation, as requested by the AWP Champion/ AWP Group Leader;
• Participate in the development of Path of Construction and Construction Schedule, following up
• the relevant Action list;
• Prepare project documentation related to AWP, gathering information from the other relevant
• technical disciplines, for further finalization with the AWP Champion/ AWP Group Leader;
• Set up the tools managing AWP within the assigned project/s and prepare the information flow
• on EWP and PWP for the related application on the Site;
• Assist AWP Champion/AWP Group Leader in monitoring the AWP implementation within AWP
• Project Plan;
• Supports AWP Champion and AWP Group Leader for Advanced Work Packaging practices and
• procedures, for the continuous improvement of the methodology.
• When relocated at Site, the AWP Engineer shall:
• Participate to the implementation of AWP Methodology, under the coordination of the AWP
• Champion, Site Manager and Construction Manager;
• Guarantee the actual data flow (IWP produced by subcontractor) is reported to Project Control.

• Mechanical or Civil/Structure degree;
• Good level of English;
• Additional foreign language is a plus;

• projects sector.
• Availability to be temporary relocated abroad when required by the project is a must

Experience

• Experience in EPC projects;
• Experience as Project Engineer, Construction Engineer or Planning Engineer on international
• projects;
• International assigned at site is a plus
• 2-3 or more years of experience in a similar positions is a plus
