Description of the role. We are looking for an audio-video specialist to join our team in Monfalcone or Genova. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio-video (and the relevant IT) systems. Your daily tasks will include supervising installations at client sites, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure service quality. You will also perform system updates and programming, as well as training clients on the use of the installed equipment. It is a dynamic position that requires strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Qualifications.

• Deep expertise in professional A/V systems and systems integration, encompassing installation, configuration, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of A/V distribution protocols—particularly Dante for audio networking and Q-SYS for AV control and signal management—ensuring seamless media routing and synchronization across complex installations.
• Strong background in IT and streaming-media networking, including Ethernet switching, VLANs, multicast, QoS, firewalls, VPNs, and basic server administration to support high-performance audio and video streams.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, schedule, and monitor multidisciplinary tasks, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving aptitude, excellent verbal and written communication, and a collaborative, team-first attitude that fosters productive partnerships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
