Proclinical are recruiting an Associate Director, Medical Information Italy for a biotech corporation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Milan. The client is focused on creating, developing and commercialising life-changing remedies for those suffering from severe illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Form and guide efficient and influential traditional and digital communication strategies and tools using an omni-channel approach if able to reach numerous shareholders in Italy.
• You will facilitate the development of an arranged one voice approach to shareholder engagement.
• Offer product assistance and essential direction to medical information call center colleagues which involves inquiry management.
• Uphold core product reference literature and required critical competitor and disease literature references.
• Supply medical information assistance at company sponsored medical information booth and other updated on inquiries at the day-today medical debriefs.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Educated to a PhD degree level in a relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of experience with scientific communications, with at least 2 years of experience in medical information.
• Comprehension of Italy specific healthcare regulatory settings connected to medical practice and pharmaceutical organisations.
• Willing to travel for business needs up to 25% of the time for medical congresses.
