Job Title :

Project Manager - Luxury Millwork and Stone Projects

Job Summary :

As a Project Manager at The Davani Group, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end millwork and stone projects for high-end residential projects worldwide. You will be the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards while maintaining strict timelines and budgets. This role requires travel to the US for on-site installation supervision (approx. 20-30% of the time). Strong communication in English is a must.

Compensation :

Competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits.

Hours / Shift :

40 hours / week, 2pm to 11pm Italy time.

Base :

Italy with travel to the USA

Areas of Responsibility :

1. Lead and manage luxury millwork and stone projects from conception to completion, working with high-net-worth individuals and elite commercial clients.
2. Produce technical shop drawings and renderings.
3. Coordinate and facilitate seamless communication between clients, vendors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
4. Conduct thorough design and technical reviews to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
5. Edit architectural drawings.
6. Oversee on-site installations, providing hands-on management and support.
7. Perform site measurements and work closely with the technical / production team.
8. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Proactively address client inquiries with timely updates and solutions.
10. Manage logistics for shipping and delivery of materials.
11. Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources.
12. Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups to ensure ongoing client relations.

Chain of Command :

The Project Manager will work closely with senior management, including design, production, and logistics teams.

Qualifications and Skills :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the luxury construction or high-end interior design sector, with experience overseeing millwork and stone installations.
2. High level of ability to read and catch mistakes in architectural drawings.
3. Fluent spoken and written English and Italian language skills.
4. Background in Architecture.
5. In-depth understanding of millwork and stone products, including their applications and installation techniques.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
8. Service and solutions-oriented mindset, with a high value for personal ownership of work.
9. Proven ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
10. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
11. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
12. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred.
13. Architectural knowledge and/or passion for high-end design elements is a plus.
14. Must be trained and able to use a 3D scanner and take measurements.
