A leading automotive company in Pozzo d'Adda is seeking an Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Engineer to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements during new product launches. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, 3–5 years of experience in automotive quality or program launch, and be fluent in both Italian and English. Located close to Milan, the Pozzo d’Adda Plant is one of Lear Corporation’s key manufacturing sites in Italy. The plant specializes in automotive seating systems for major OEMs and plays a strategic role in European program launches, integrating advanced engineering capabilities with strong quality standards to support Lear’s global operations.
Purpose of the Role
The APQP Engineer ensures that Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new program launches meet Lear and Customer quality & safety requirements — on time and in line with standards. They support the Pozzo d’Adda Plant through all development phases, transferring knowledge, monitoring quality performance, and identifying risks up to post-launch.
