Digital Twin Geotechnical represents a technology agnostic approach for remote geotechnical monitoring, combining short-term safety-critical radar monitoring and continuous long-term monitoring with various geotechnical technologies and sensor types.

This is a casual/on-call remote role for an ICT Support Officer. The ICT Support Officer will be responsible for maintaining remote connection to client sites, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving ICT issues. The role will involve managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, and software, providing support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of communication and information systems. Additional responsibilities include setting up hardware and software, monitoring system performance, and providing training to staff on ICT tools and best practices.
