• Bachelor degree from Information Technology / Information System
• IT infrastructure knowledge, Cloud SaaS, IT Asset Management knowledge, IT Audit & Compliance
• Having knowledge with IT Asset Management Software (such as SNOW, ManageEngine, Flexera, etc)
• Have strong understanding with Microsoft Product Knowledge (Windows OS, Office 365, SCCM, etc)
• Asset Control (Strong knowledge in Ms. office365, Ms. Access)
• Experience working with and managing Infrastructure Technologies : TCP/IP, DNS, WNS, DHCP

• Managing key projects and initiatives across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Management lifecycle data & related practice with a focus on enabling and protecting IT Assets by leveraging IT Asset
• Implementing tools & processes that support governance, risk & compliance based efforts
• The ITAM specialist will support hardware & software asset management activities throughout the entire asset management lifecycle
• These activities include conducting physical inventory of IT assets, maintaining and updating asset information in system of record, appropriately processing of end‑of‑life, disposal, and/or damaged equipment
• Promoting strategy, presenting to stakeholders and senior management, and executing a plan of action for compliance sensitive scenarios
• Optimizing the hardware and software portfolios using best practice IT Asset Management lifecycle methodologies
• Troubleshoot DNS Service And DNS resolution issues
• Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems
• Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations
• Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues
• Configure and support DNS for new domain
• Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents
• Continually seek opportunities to improve our existing AD and Exchange architecture
• Research acute technical problems such as inconsistent email retention, cluster communication failures, and public folder replication issues
• Work cross functional with other teams to drive initiatives
• Developing comprehensive test cases to include testing scenarios for both normal criteria, capacity planning, measurement criteria, result analysis procedures, and result / status reporting criteria and degraded (e.g disaster recovery, continuity of operations, data recovery/spills) operations, pass/fail criteri, performance
