Overview

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor oversees the enterprise system engineering, network engineering and cybersecurity areas for the organization. Performs broad supervisory and hands-on technical duties that include proactive management of technical resources and personnel to provide designated services in a reliable and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• The IT Infrastructure Supervisor oversees the enterprise system engineering, network engineering and cybersecurity areas for the organization.
• Distribute instructions from Head expansion & Infra to staff in relation to IT Engineer and Control works based on management Business Plan.
• Report every IT construction’s milestones and suggest technical and non-technical recommendations to Manager.
• Monitor all IT asset maintenance.
• Monitor BoQ estimation and IT setup methods and specifications.
• Monitor all IT devices and their methods and specifications.
• Review any business case/plan for facility setup and renovation.
• Create SOP for new project after BAST.
• Ensure handover of projects to operation teams with SOP.

Requirements

• S1 Information Technology
• Strong knowledge to research new technologies and provide recommendations on usage in the organization
• Ability to multitask and establish/follow-through on the prioritization of user requests with limited direction
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management best practices including ITIL including Change Management
• Strong knowledge of network & server engineering
• Able to drive and have a driving license
