Job summary
A financial services company in Sulawesi Tenggara is seeking a Relationship Officer to drive merchant growth and manage relationships. Responsibilities include conducting merchant engagements, analyzing performance data, and resolving operational issues. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has sales or marketing experience, along with a strong command of Indonesian. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily merchant engagements through strategic field visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Analyze merchant performance data to identify upsell opportunities.
- Resolve merchant operational issues and coordinate with other teams.
- Track competitor activities through merchant feedback sessions.

Chief Objectives: Merchant Growth & Relationship Management
Conduct 8‑10 daily merchant engagements through strategic field visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
Pitch & implement G‑Food products:
- Campaign management
- Visibility boosters (G‑Ads)
- Merchant promo subscriptions
- Loan product to help merchants grow their business
Analyze merchant performance data to identify upsell opportunities.
Business Advisory & Education:
- Conduct business reviews with strategic partners.
- Educate merchants about daily operation strategy such as menu optimization, peak‑hour operations management, and customer retention techniques.
Operational Excellence:
- Resolve merchant operational issues.
- Coordinate with other teams on merchant pain points.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities through merchant feedback sessions and pricing/promo benchmarking.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Fluent in Indonesian with a good vocabulary and correct sentence structure is a must.
- Expertise in basic mathematics.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
- Own personal vehicle.
- Should be able to sell loan products.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Business Relationship Management skills.
- 1 year experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, high‑pressure environment.
- Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus.
