Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or preferably a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a backend developer, ideally in fintech or payment gateway environments.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, system incidents, and backend performance bottlenecks.
- Document backend architecture, systems, processes, and codebases to support maintainability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Support DevOps teams in managing deployments.
- Monitor backend systems and databases.
Skills
Education

Monitor backend systems and databases, and implement proactive or corrective actions when necessary.
Report regularly to the IT Manager and contribute to technical decision-making.
