A leading payment solution provider in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Backend Developer with 2-4 years of experience, ideally in fintech or payment gateway environments. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, documenting architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and demonstrate technical leadership capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, system incidents, and backend performance bottlenecks.
Document backend architecture, systems, processes, and codebases to support maintainability and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.
Coordinate with third-party vendors or partners in system integration and backend deployment.
Support DevOps teams in managing deployments and production environments.
Monitor backend systems and databases, and implement proactive or corrective actions when necessary.
Report regularly to the IT Manager and contribute to technical decision-making.
Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or preferably a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a backend developer, ideally in fintech or payment gateway environments.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
