Overview

White Rock Beach Club Bali is presently seeking talented and passionate candidate to join our team for the following positions:

• Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)
• Director of Sales (Event & MICE)
• Activity & Event Manager (AEM)
• Sales Manager (SM)
• Guest Relations Manager (GRM)
• Sales Executive
• GRO
• Photo & Videographer
• CDP
• Account Payable

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience dos banquet position or similar. (DOSM)
• Strong leadership, good network and great ability to generate revenue. (DOSM)
• Have a great knowledge of banquet, profit and loss include executing the business (pre-event, during-event, and post-event). (DOSM)
• Understands activations such as handling activations in a club and is knowledge- able about promoters, music, and DJs. (AEM)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest relation manager. (GRM)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a GRO. (GRO)
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
• Good personality, discipline, positive attitude, eager to learn, service-oriented, passionate, and hardworking
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Capable to work in a team and under pressure
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is considered a bonus
• Able to join immediately
