About the Role

As the Warehouse & Transport Planner at PT Jotun Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in planning warehouse replenishment and routing the distribution of goods to all Jotun warehouses in Indonesia to achieve effectiveness, customer satisfaction, service, and quality. The position will be located in our Distribution Center at Cibitung, Bekasi and directly report to the Logistic Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and optimize transport routes of goods to customers and Jotun branches.
• Handle storage and transportation of inbound and outbound raw materials and finished goods.
• Execute shipments from the distribution center to the end-user.
• Track orders using functional systems such as barcodes and tracking software.
• Coordinate with related parties to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
• Deal with customer complaints, follow up and report to management and customers.
• Monitor and report on transportation costs and other relevant KPIs.
• Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, JOS, and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system.

What We're Looking For

• University background with minimum 5 years of experience in a distribution or logistics specialist role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory management, transportation, supply chain processes and HSEQ regulation.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
• A passion for continuous improvement and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Personal character: diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem‑solving skills, good teamwork ability.
• Able to work in a shift system and to domicile around Cibitung, Bekasi.
