Job summary

A logistics company in Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations including receiving, warehouse movements, and deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have a minimum of 2 years' experience in warehousing, and must be fluent in English. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, updating work instructions, and implementing process improvements. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a Kaizen environment and to participate in 5S activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Required language(s): English (it's a must).
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Controlling and monitoring day to day operation (receiving, warehouse movement until delivery).
• Create, control, and update work instruction and any improvement flow process.
• Check and control report handling by customer.
• Create idea improvement as Kaizen.
• Conduct 5S activities.
