Job description

Warehouse Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Manage and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, outbound shipping, and customer service coordination, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and service level targets are met.

Develop, monitor, and analyze warehouse KPIs and operational reports, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment performance, and cost control; drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

Lead and optimize warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, OMS), ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, exception handling, and continuous system improvement in collaboration with IT and external vendors.

Manage warehouse staffing and performance, including workforce planning, task allocation, training, performance evaluation, and team development to build a high-performing operations team.

Ensure inventory accuracy and control, oversee cycle counts and audits, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to minimize inventory discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, implement safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and operational compliance.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, preferably from multinational logistics firms (Maersk, DHL, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Highly adaptable to fast-paced operational environments.
• Fluent in both Indonesian, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Willing to be based in Tangerang Regency.
