Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic VP of IT to lead the digital transformation journey of one of the largest garment manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for driving innovation, managing IT infrastructure, overseeing application development and lifecycle management, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute the company's digital transformation strategy across all departments.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.
3. Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
4. Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
5. Develop and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
6. Streamline and optimize the company's application portfolio and digital assets.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and cybersecurity protocols.
