  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy centered on expanding our customer base, fostering customer loyalty, and elevating our brand identity, encompassing careful prioritization and effective resource allocation.
  • Provide executive oversight and management of the entire marketing function, guaranteeing seamless integration and alignment among all marketing disciplines and with overarching business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure timely and efficient implementation of marketing plans.
  • Foster a positive and conducive work environment that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement, while implementing streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Requirement
  • A seasoned marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, ideally within the investment fintech sector. Candidates from outside the fintech industry should possess firsthand experience in investing in cryptocurrencies and stocks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in direct-to-consumer marketing strategies, with a proven track record of success in reaching and engaging individual consumers.
  • A comprehensive grasp of the full spectrum of marketing disciplines, encompassing performance marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, brand management, campaign development, strategic partnerships, and creative processes such as graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
