Job summary

A prominent insurance company in Jakarta is seeking an Actuarial professional to support the actuarial valuation manager in producing numbers for reports, studies, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics or Statistics, good knowledge in actuarial science, as well as experience in the life insurance industry. Familiarity with ACTUARIAL software such as AXIS and strong English communication skills are highly desirable. The position offers opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Have passed minimum 5 actuarial exams.
• Experience in the life insurance industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Actuarial Software, especially AXIS, is beneficial.

Job Description

• Expected to support the actuarial valuation manager in producing the numbers for reporting, study, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting Actuarial Manager in execution of local actuarial operations, or one off responsibilities, if any

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

• Good knowledge in Actuarial science
• Good knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
• Basic knowledge of programming language
• Good communication skill in English, both oral and written
• Familiar with Actuarial Software, AXIS would be an advantage
