1. Assist in following up daily operational processes, including coordination and support for warehousing, customer service, and related activities.
2. Organize and analyze operational data to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, supporting operation optimization efforts.
3. Assist in operating operational systems (such as WMS, TMS, OMS), including data entry and exception handling.
4. Support the execution of business process improvement projects, including documentation and process standardization.
