A leading accommodation provider is seeking a Transition Manager for their Bali location to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture along with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within construction projects. Responsibilities include managing on-site coordination, supervising workforce, and preparing progress reports to ensure timely project completion.

The Transition Manager is responsible for planning, executing, controlling, and supervising all construction activities at the project site to ensure they are carried out in accordance with technical specifications, schedules, budgets, quality standards, occupational health and safety (K3), and applicable regulations.
