Trainee or Experienced Digital Marketer (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are seeking a Trainee or Experienced Digital Marketer to join our growing Australian-based team.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, curious, and passionate about online marketing. Whether you’re just starting your career or have prior experience, you’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will work closely with our senior leadership to create engaging content, manage digital campaigns, and help strengthen our online presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Write engaging captions, design visuals (templates provided), and produce short-form videos or reels.
• Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO optimisation.
• Support Google Ads and Facebook Ads setup, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Monitor campaign analytics and prepare engagement/performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect content, case studies, and success stories.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic content creation/design skills (Canva preferred; Adobe or CapCut a plus).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Creative mindset with good organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and strategies.
• Bonus: Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or managing paid ads.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Indonesia Time)
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Pay

• Training Period: IDR 1.5 million – 2.5 million per month (based on experience and performance).
