Job Description

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Communication Associate who will act as a vital bridge between trade execution and public-facing communication. You’ll help ensure that in-store promotions, distributor support, and brand campaigns are well-coordinated, aligned with consumer-facing messages, and consistently executed across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate In-Store Promotions & Activation (GT & MT): Plan and implement trade programs: listing, bundling, discounts, and sampling; coordinate with Sales and retail partners (e.g., Alfamart, Indomaret); align promo calendars and ensure timely rollouts; monitor distributor needs across regions; ensure consistent branding and timely delivery of materials.
  • Bridge Trade Activities to Public Communication: Transform trade activities into consumer-facing content (IG, flyers, website); collaborate with design team for timely visual execution; ensure integrated messaging across offline and online channels.
  • Track Performance & Ensure Brand Consistency: Gather post-promo reports and distributor feedback; assist in evaluating promo effectiveness and ROI; maintain visual and verbal brand alignment in trade touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years experience in Trade Marketing, MarComm, or Brand Activation (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
  • Comfortable working with sales/distributor teams and creative teams.
  • Bonus: Basic design understanding (Canva, PowerPoint) or content creation skills.
