Overview
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance; build dashboards of achievement vs target and flag gaps.
- Manage A&P spend tracking per activity; produce consolidated A&P reports by brand/channel.
- Verify sales/marketing proposals against budgets; ensure guideline compliance & documentation.
- Prepare Monthly Sales & Cost Review: summarize results, variances, trade spend, promo outcomes, and key insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations (e.g., merchandising focus for underperforming areas or adjust promo mechanics).
- Manage export distributor orders & performance; coordinate with supply chain for timely fulfillment.
- Monitor MT claims & distributor incentives; reconcile with Finance.
- Update market data/Nielsen; integrate into performance analyses.
- Coordinate supply issues (OOS/overstock) with sales & trade teams for plan adjustments.
- Support trade project admin (briefings, POSM distribution, activity calendar).
