A consumer goods company in Jakarta Barat is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to design and execute marketing strategies for both On Trade and General Trade channels. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, and strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include monitoring channel performance, collaborating with internal teams, and building relationships with key partners. This role also requires regular field visits to ensure effective market execution.

Design and execute integrated trade marketing strategies for both On Trade and General Trade channels. Ensure consistent product availability, impactful in‑store visibility, and targeted outlet coverage across all assigned channels.
Plan, manage, and evaluate promotional campaigns, sponsorships, and commercial partnerships tailored to each channel’s dynamics. Monitor and analyze channel performance using sales data, market trends, and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities and address gaps. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align field execution with brand and business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key On Trade accounts, and GT retail partners. Deliver regular performance reports against key KPIs, including outlet coverage, share of shelf, sell‑out rates, and promotional ROI.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, On Trade, or General Trade roles, preferably in FMCG, food, or beverage industries.
Solid understanding of the unique characteristics, buying behaviors, and operational dynamics of both Horeca/On Trade and General Trade channels.
Existing network or relationships with Horeca operators or GT distributors is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits and hands‑on market monitoring.
