Job Description
  • Manage, record, and maintain all transaction data, contracts, and related trading documentation.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Trading, Finance, and Operations to support trade execution and contract management.
  • Analyze trading data and assist in P&L reconciliation for accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and update market and trading performance reports to support traders in pricing and strategic analysis.
  • Create data visualizations and presentations to support management and commercial teams.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements in data processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data management, trading, commodities, or related industries (fresh graduates with strong analytical and logical skills are welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and critical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, macros preferred); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.Basic understanding of P&L and accounting concepts.
  • Strong initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn independently.
  • Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
