We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Analyst/QA Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing test initiatives in data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual and automated tests, including API, integration, module, and functional testing.
  • Validate data quality, accuracy, and security across enterprise applications.
  • Draft, review, and maintain test scripts, test cases, and use cases.
  • Document and report test results clearly and concisely for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts to triage and resolve bugs and system issues.
  • Support testing of new enterprise application releases and evaluate business value and integration impact.
  • Participate in project activities including release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure testing activities comply with organizational QA standards, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for testing process improvement and efficiency.


Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing and environment coordination, ideally in an enterprise application setting.
  • Hands-on experience with various testing types: API, integration, functional, data validation, and security.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools such as Playwright, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar platforms.
  • Ability to draft test scripts, log defects, and manage test documentation independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to both business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple testing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience testing enterprise systems such as Workday, Datapay, or Oracle Fusion.
  • Familiarity with test automation and scripting practices.
  • Understanding of compliance and audit standards related to testing and software delivery.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in enterprise-level rollouts.
