Job Role: Technical Product Manager – Retail Systems
Location: Jakarta (Work from Office)
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who understands retail not just from the glossy shopfront, but from the gritty backroom where POS data, warehouse movements, and ERP transactions make the magic happen. If you can define and translate business needs into scalable tech solutions—and explain the “why” as clearly as the “how”—you’ll fit right in.
Own the product roadmap for core retail systems including POS, Warehouse Management, ERP integrations, and omnichannel enablers.
Work closely with business, operations, and engineering teams to define requirements and break them into actionable user stories.
Drive standardization and modernization of retail processes across brands and entities.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term tech strategy.
Conduct user research and process walk-throughs with store teams, warehouse supervisors, and finance stakeholders.
Manage vendors, evaluate solution architectures, and validate technical feasibility.
Monitor product performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership—no surprises, no drama.
10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in retail technology.
Strong understanding of POS systems, warehouse operations, inventory management, and ERP workflows (Retail Pro, Microsoft Business Central, or similar).
Experience building or scaling retail platforms across multiple business units.
Solid grasp of system architecture, integrations (APIs, middleware), and data flows.
Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complexity and bring people together.
A track record of delivering products that improve efficiency, reduce errors, or boost revenue.
Comfort working with cross‑functional teams in fast‑moving environments.
Exposure to omnichannel retail, e‑commerce fulfillment, or loyalty systems.
Experience with cloud‑native retail platforms.
Ability to sketch process flows like an old‑school engineer—but think like a customer.
