Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve national sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in genomics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with academic institutions, research organizations, and biotech companies in Indonesia.
  • Analyze industry and market trends to align with needs and expectations of the life sciences sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, key accounts, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to BOD.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, genetics, biotechnology, business).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at a supervisor or manager level in medical devices distributors.
