Responsibilities
- Lead the Credit Reviewer day-to-day team activities to ensure the credit review process goes well by Know Your Customer (KYC) and Phone Verification (PV) processes and ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure effective compliance with AML, legal, risk policy and procedures in reviewing new and existing counterparties.
- Ensure KYC and PV processes meet local regulatory requirements / Global Business Support Unit (BSU) standards.
- Address issues that arise and follow up to assist in achieving a satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with QA TL to ensure the day-to-day Credit Review Process runs well with minimum findings.
Qualifications
- Min Bachelor’s degree with major in economics, management, informatics management (information systems) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit Review (CR) Process (including KYC and PV) with minimum of 1 year experience as Team Leader (TL) is preferred.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets for basic analysis and reporting such as Excel, Word, PPT; presentation with Looker Studio can be added value.
- Understanding of business processes in the financial industry is preferred.
- Good communication and influencing abilities; proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and in a team.
