Job description

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and review the work of team members
• Coordinate effectively, extend support, uphold communication, and report on developments
• Prepare regular reports for the Partner in-charge
• Review working papers and ensure supported by detailed tax documents and supporting evidence
• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned
• Build strong internal relationship among team members
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Review and evaluate the work of juniors, seniors, and supervisors, and communicate findings to the Partner.
• Support the growth of junior staff, seniors, and supervisors through coaching and mentorship
• Lead and collaborate actively within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• At least 5 years of experience in a tax consulting firm
• In-depth knowledge of tax regulations as well as the regulatory and reporting environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, highly motivated, and capable of working independently
• Ability to support and mentor staff effectively
• Self-disciplined and with positive attitude
• Fluency in Bahasa and English (both verbal and written)
